For Traffic Violations: Call your Provider Law Firm at 1-800-634-2391 within three business days of receiving any citation. You can also use the mobile app to “snap and submit” your ticket directly. Your Provider Law Firm will locate a qualified attorney in the area where you received the ticket.
For License Issues: Contact your Provider Law Firm immediately if you’re denied a license or if your CDL is suspended, cancelled, or revoked. You’ll receive up to 2.5 hours of attorney time to help resolve the situation.
For Serious Accidents: If you’re charged with manslaughter, vehicular homicide, or negligent homicide following a traffic accident, contact your Provider Law Firm immediately for criminal defense representation.
For DOT Violations: Your Provider Law Firm can defend you against specific DOT violations including overweight citations, missing documentation, equipment violations, and other regulatory issues.
